| Job Duties: | Take orders and serve foods & beverages to patrons at tables in dining establishments-with knowledge of restaurant dishes and familiarity of the entire menu the restaurant offers. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct problems. Check patrons identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumptions of alcoholic beverages. Collect payments from customers. Write patrons food orders on order slips, memorize orders, transmit orders to kitchen staff. Answering questions from customers about food and beverages , clean & set tables, stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, foods, tableware's. |
