| Job Duties: | Perform work involving the skills or more maintenance or craft occupation to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of an establishment in repair, Duties may involve pipe fitting, boiler making, insulating; welding; machinery; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing aligning and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors or stairs. The maintenance service work includes upkeep tasks such as minor fixes replacing locks or replacing light bulbs installation of appliances and equipment, cleaning the building are and do other related tasks. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be at least High School graduate, Minimum of two (2) years of experience as Maintenance Personnel. Must have a general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, building & maintenance skills. Must have skills in painting and repairing roofs, windows doors, floors, and woodwork. Ability to understands and follow safety procedures. Must be able to read blueprints and engineering plumbing structural and electrical Layouts. Can work work without any supervision.
