Job Title: Maintenance and Repair Workers, General
Job Duties: Perform general cleaning of buildings or properties. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Maintain or repair specialized equipment or machinery located in the kitchen/bar/restaurant. Troubleshoot equipment or systems operation problems. Maintain work equipment or machinery.

Qualification Requirements: Education: minimum U.S. diploma/degree required - High School/GED Work Experience: number of months required - 24 Special Requirements - Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. Requires proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, basic working knowledge of plumbing, and electrical systems, experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools. Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job. Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools.
