Job Duties: | • Receiving and inputting guest room reservations • Translate messages simultaneously or consecutively into specified languages (Korean), orally or by using hand signs, maintaining message content, context, and style as much as possible. • Guide tourists who speak another language • Managing guest room reservation policy infractions (late cancellations, no-show, etc.) • Room blocking and room assignment • Receiving and processing reservations for banquets and functions • Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. • Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. • Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. • Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative staff. • Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff. • Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies or arrange for training to be provided. |

The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Three-Fourths Guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. |
