Job Title: BUTCHERS AND MEAT CUTTERS
Job Duties: Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter to appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye Wrap, weigh, label, and price cuts of meat. Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats, such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish, to prepare in cooking form. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery to ensure meat quality.

Qualification Requirements: MUST KNOW HOW TO CUT, TRIM, BONE, TIE AND GRIND MEATS, SUCH AS BEEF, PORK, POULTRY, AND FISH. PREFERABLY CHINESE AND ENGLISH SPEAKING. MUST BE HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE WITH 12 MONTH WORKING EXPERIENCE AS BUTCHERS AND MEAT CUTTERS. OVERTIME AVAILABLE. PAYMENT IS BI-WEEKLY, $8.10 PER HOUR, $12.15 PER HOUR-OVERTIME. WORK IS MONDAY TO SUNDAY WITH 1 DAY OFF, 1PM TO 7PM OR FLEXIBLE TIME, ALL FEDERAL AND CNMI TAXES IS DEDUCTED., FULL TIME POSITION. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
