Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. There is (1) job opening the employer intends to fill. The employee will work from Monday to Friday. 35 hour per week, 7 hours per day. The place of employment will be at As Lito, Saipan. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside in Saipan to perform the services or labor as advertised. The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(k).
