Job Title: Administrative Clerk
Job Duties: Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person; Answers and distributes incoming calls; Make business calls as requested by Resident Manager; Handles communications and miscellaneous administrative responsibilities as requested by the Resident Manager and provide clerical assistance to other departments with LSG Saipan; Processes Kronos system for input for new employees and delete terminated or resigned employees, and must ensure that the Human Resources and Labor Relations Manager, along with the Finance Manager on LSG Guam is informed accordingly; Coordinates in the processing of new, promoted and resigned employees' documents, and must ensure that LSG HR Manager on Guam is informed accordingly; Reads and routes incoming mail, faxes and internal documents. Make copies of correspondence and distribute to appropriate managers and departments; Prepares outgoing mails, faxes and express shipment for the Executive Office; Establishes, organizes and maintains files for the Executive Office; Assist with the ordering and distribution of office supplies for the department; Records minutes of meeting as requested by Resident Manager; Performs other related tasks as directed.

Qualification Requirements: Graduated from a recognized college or university with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business; At least one year professional and administrative experience, or any equivalent experience and training which provides preferable knowledge, abilities and skills; Have knowledge of business practices and procedures; Must be proficient in the use of the English language (written and oral); Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Good communication skills with acceptable telephone manner; Good organizational skills; Able to make independent, well thought out decisions; Must be dependable and flexible.
