| Job Duties: | Rental Sales Agent is the first point of contact for our customers. You are responsible for providing excellent service to rental customers. The first impression is often by telephone, and in person. Either way, we expect you to come dressed for work mentally as well as professionally. General knowledge of marine sports equipment and their operation is often helpful in selling one feature over another. Training is essential as we use special software to prepare rental transactions. *May perform other task assigned by superior such as office correspondence and prepare lease agreement to clients. |
