| Job Duties: | •Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary •Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation, and analysis •Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions •Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations •Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances •Preparing financial statements •Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas •Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses •Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management •Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full-time employment of forty (40) hours per week. Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5x the rate indicated on the JVA. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside in Saipan to perform the services or labor as advertised. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law only. The employer guarantees under paragraph 655.423(f) to offer each employee employment for a total number of hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or its extensions, if any. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence after the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1).
