Job Duties: 1)Installs, maintains, and repairs paint mixing machines, physical structures,pipes, and electrical systems in industrial establishments; 2)Cleans and lubricates paint mixing machines; 3)Formulates formula on both industrial and architectural toners and colorants; 4)Does mixing of architectural and industrial paints; 5)Does maintenance on all architectural and industrial paint systems; 6)Does construction, electrical and plumbing works, if necessary 7)Performs monthly inventory reports on architectural and industrial paints in the store and warehouse 8)Does warehouse and merchandising works

Qualification Requirements: EMPLOYER PREFERENCE:(1) Must have a two (2) years experience in the field of building maintenance (2) Must have a thorough knowledge in the operations of industrial and architectural paint mixing systems (3) At least College Level Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job. Job Training Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers.
