Job Duties: | General food and beverage service, including, but not limited to, taking orders, serving prepared food and beverages, and clearing tables - Preparing beverage orders in accordance with established recipes, including alcoholic beverages - Developing new beverage recipes to market to patrons - Serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, in accordance with laws and regulations set forth by the local and federal government as well as company policies - Securing alcoholic beverages to prevent unauthorized and / or unlawful access - Maintaining the outlet area in a clean and sanitary condition - Maintenance and sales of established menu items - Receiving and resolving guest complaints (in cooperation with the Front Desk Team) - Preparation and set-up of outlet areas before operations and events and cleaning up after operations and events - Other related food service and banquet duties - Other duties as instructed by the supervisor, Team Manager or other hotel management. |

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Three-Fourths Guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. |
