PAINTS STRUCTURES, AND REPAIRS WOODWORK WITH CARPENTERS TOOLS. REPAIRS PLUMBING FIXTURES. REPAIRS PLASTER AND LAYS BRICK. INSTALLS, MAINTAINS, AND REPAIRS MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT. DISMANTLES DEFECTIVE MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLS NEW OR REPAIRED PARTS, FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS, USING PRECISION MEASURING INSTRUMENTS AND HAND TOOLS. LAYS-OUT, ASSEMBLES, INSTALLS, AND MAINTAINS PIPE SYSTEMS AND REPAIRS AND REPLACES GAUGES, VALVES, PRESSURE REGULATORS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT. MAY FABRICATE AND REPAIR COUNTERS, BENCHES, PARTITIONS, AND OTHER WOODEN STRUCTURES. ALSO REQUIRED TO FOLLOW OSHA SAFETY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, ENSURE ALL WORK AREAS ARE CLEAN AND MAINTAINED. MONITOR ALL MAINTENANCE SUPPLIES AND TOOLS AND OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS REQUIRED. |
