| Job Duties: | Provide accurate and timely analysis, evaluation and reporting of aaccounting activity in accordance with policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Prepare taxes, payroll, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivables, subsidiary ledgers, general ledger, balance sheet, profit and loss and other financial reports. Handles daily invoices. Prepares summary of receiving merchandise and prepare inventories as needed. Must have knowledgable in Microsoft Excel, Peachtree and Quickbooks. Other related duties that may be needed and arised. |
