Job Title: Finance Assistant
Job Duties: PROCESS AND PREPARE FINANCIAL AND BUSINESS FORMS FOR THE PURPOSE OF CHECKING ACCOUNT BALANCES, FACILITATING PURCHASES, ETC. PERFORM ROUTINE CALCULATIONS TO PRODUCE ANALYSES AND REPORTS AS REQUESTED BY MANAGEMENT. HELP OVERSEE AND MANAGE INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS, CREATE, SEND, AND FOLLOW UP ON INVOICES. REVIEW AND ADHERE TO DEPARTMENT BUDGETS, COLLECT AND ENTER DATA FOR VARIOUS FINANCIAL SPREADSHEETS REVIEW AND AUDIT FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND REPORTS, ENSURE ALL CALCULATIONS AND DATA ENTRIES ARE CORRECT. RECONCILE ANY DISCREPANCIES OR ERRORS IDENTIFIED BY CONVERSING WITH EMPLOYEES AND/OR CLIENTS. REPORT ANY TROUBLING DISCOVERIES OR SUSPICION OF WRONGDOING TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES. COLLECT INFORMATION FOR AND PREPARE PAYROLL PAYMENTS FOR EMPLOYEES. ASSIST IN CREATING FINANCIAL REPORTS ON A REGULAR BASIS. ADHERE TO THE COMPANY'S OR ORGANIZATIONS FINANCIAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. ANSWERS QUESTION AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO STAKEHOLDERS, CUSTOMERS, AND CLIENTS AS NEEDED. ATTEND FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND COMPANY-WIDE MEETINGS, SOMETIMES ASSISTING WITH FINANCIAL REPORTING TO MANAGERS AND SENIOR EXECUTIVES. SUGGEST CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENTS TO INCREASE ACCURACY, EFFICIENCY, AND COST REDUCTIONS.

Qualification Requirements: Associate's Degree with 24 months work experience and one (1) month training required. UNDERSTANDING OF DATA PRIVACY STANDARDS; CUSTOMER-SERVICE SKILLS; FAMILIARITY WITH BUSINESS PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES. ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS; PLANNING SKILLS; PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS; ANALYTICAL SKILLS; CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS; COMPUTER SKILLS PARTICULARLY WITH SPREADSHEETS AND CALCULATION SOFTWARE. MUST BE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND ORAL. ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IN MANDARIN, KOREAN OR JAPANESE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED. MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM SHIFT DUTIES AND WORK ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

Comments: Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. ■Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
