Inspect and identifies equipment or machine in need of repair. Performs routine maintenance on building systems. Clean and assists with upkeep of the facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned. Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Includes repairing drywall, painting and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
