Job Title: MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKERS, GENERAL
Job Duties: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making, insulating, welding machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing aligning & balancing new equipment & repairing building, floors or stairs. Inspect, operate or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Dismantle, machines equipment or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hosts, cranes hand tools or power tools. Perform routine maintenance such as inspecting drives motor or belts checking fluid levels, replacing filter or doing other preventive maintenance actions. Diagnose mechanical problems & determine how to correct them. checking blueprints, repair manuals or part catalogs as necessary.. etc...
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must be at least High School graduate. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as Maintenance Personnel. Must have a general knowledge of carpentry electrical, plumbing, building maintenance skills in painting and reporting roofs, windows, doors, floors, and woodworks. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. Must be able to read blue prints and engineering plumbing structural and electrical layouts. Must be able to maintain= a cooperative attitude under stressful circumstances. Can work without any supervision. Employment certificate relevant to this job opportunity. This may apply to both US and foreign workers. No training required.
