| Job Duties: | Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting, boiler making, insulating, welding, machining, carpentry, masonry, painting, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning and balancing new equipment and repairing buildings, floors or stairs. Responsible for overall maintenance and repair of buildings and all areas related to the daily maintenance operations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1. Education: High School graduate or GED equivalent 2. Work Experience required: 12 Months 3. Special Requirements: Proven maintenance and repair work experience. Skilled in the use of hand and/or power tools. Able to read and check blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogues as necessary. Must know how to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills and wrenches. Experience with repcision measuring instruments or electric testing devices. Must have experience in performing routine maintenance. |
