Job Title: Cement Mason
Job Duties: Smooths and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures. Spreads concrete or other aggregate mixtures and finishes concrete surfaces. Installs masonry materials. Lays and grouts floor and ceiling tiles and plasters ceilings and/or walls. Repairs, maintains, and alters concrete buildings, retaining walls, and other concrete structures. Mixes cement using shovel and/or cement mixing machine and mixes mortar. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Fringe Benefits: Work to be performed on DPRI-funded projects will be paid no less than the indicated wage rate, and will be paid more where special Davis-Bacon Act rates apply; Round-trip airfare for off-island hire; Food and lodging provided @ $80.00 per week; local transportation from employer’s designated lodging facility to/from jobsite; and employer/employee-paid medical insurance provided.
Comments: Successful applicant must be able to obtain U.S. military base access pass. Off-island hires must complete a health screening prior to working on Guam. Reference No. 2022-089
