| Job Duties: | Paint work involving repair and maintenance of residential houses own by MB Tech. Micronesia, LLC. Duties may involve pipe fitting; carpentry; repair electrical issues; and repairing building floors, or structures, as needed. Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures such as sheds and outbuildings, as needed. Estimate repair cost if there are any units requiring repair. Lay bricks to repair and maintain buildings, walls, arches, and other structures,as needed. Perform routine preventive maintenance on a periodic basis. Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, as needed. Maintain all the residential units at it livable condition which also involves grass cutting and trash collections around the premises. |
