Job Title: Tour Guide
Job Duties: 1) Organizes tours by groups or individuals 2) Look for an area that can generally be of great interest to a group or a particular group of people 3) Arranges necessary permits or letters of communication to the area of destination before the tour 4) Finalizes all the details with the tour group or their representative(s) and coordinates with the company's tour coordinator 5) During the tour, communicates with the tour group in a cheerful and engaging manner 6) Leads the tour group to points of interest and at the same time provide useful & interesting information in whatever medium that the group may fully understand-either written, oral or through electronic representations 7) Makes sure of the safety & convenience of the tour group 8) Prepares itineraries and summary reports 9) Performs other related duties
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Tour Guide or related job; familiar with Saipan especially about areas of interests; must know how to speak Korean or Japanese to communicate well with guests from target market; must be physically fit, friendly and able to organize self & others with an aptitude in problem solving; responsible, honest and reliable; can work on flexible schedule, during weekends and holidays; must know how to operate passenger vehicles to take guests to designated sites; must provide employment certification from previous employer(s); police clearance may be asked during final interview; valid proof of identity and employment authorization may be asked during final interview. Qualifications and special requirements apply to both US and CW-1 worker applicants

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Employer offers employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiation date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Employer also offers that, if the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
