Job Duties: Direct the praparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods. Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts. Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensuren that stands are met. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
