Job Duties: | Summary of duties: Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial of the company. Specific Tasks: •Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs; •Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; •Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences; •Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice; •Report to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) regarding the finances of establishment; •Prepare adjusting journal entries; •Review prepared monthly reports to the US Department of Transportation as required under 14 CFR 241, also knows as the T100 Report; •Review prepared timely reports to the CNMI Department of Finance Revenue and Taxation and Guam Revenue and Taxation. Such reports include monthly Business Gross Receipt Tax (BGRT) and Quarterly Withholding Tax; •Review prepared timely reports to the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) such as Employers Quarterly Federal Tax Return; •Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes; •Code documents according to company procedures; •Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor. |

Qualification Requirements: | •Must have (2) years work experience in Accounting. •Must be able to demonstrate ability in operating Windows, Microsoft Office Accounting and Excel; •Must have an experience working with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP), experience with an air carrier as defined in 14 CFR Part 119. |

Comments: | •The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on December 30, 2022 to December 29, 2025. •Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. •Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
