Job Title: Outside Maintenance Worker
Job Duties: Perform variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation and installation of mortarless segmental masonry wall units.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must at least have High School Diploma or its equivalent. Must have at least 3 months previous work related skills, knowledge & experience. Applicants must be able to lift 45 lbs. and can work on flexible hours. Will consider foreign equivalent of High School Diploma.

Comments: Anticipated schedule of work hours is from 7am to 2pm Monday to Friday. Workers are offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first day workday of employment up to the expiration of contract. Workers will be provided transportation & subsistence while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation & subsistence to the point of hire at the conclusion of the job opportunity.
