TO 2:00 P.M. FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY. OVERTIME PAY WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE WORKER AT A RATE X 1.5 OF THE HOURLY RATE IN EXCESS OF 40 HOURS WORK IN A WEEK OFFERED AS PER PREVAILING WAGE OBTAINED . JOB BEING OFFERED IS TEMPORARY OR UP TO SEPT. 30, 2023, ONLY BUT FULL TIME IS REQUIRED WITH ANTICIPATED START OF EMPLOYMENT ON OCTOBER 1, 2022. THREE FOURTHS OF THE JOB OFFER IS GUARANTEED AS REQUIRED BY 20 CFR 655.423(f). EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE OR PAY THE WORKER REASONABLE COSTS OF RETURN TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE BACK TO THEIR POINT OF ORIGIN UPON COMPLETION OR EVEN 50 PERCENT COMPLETION OF THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT PERIOD. EMPLOYER WILL DEDUCT FROM THE WORKER'S PAYCHECK ALL FEDERAL AND CNMI TAXES AND NO OTHER DEDUCTIONS WILL BE IMPOSED. THE EMPLOYER WILL ONLY ASSIST WORKER IN SECURING BOARD, LODGING, OR OTHER FACILITIES NEAR THE WORKPLACE AND WILL PROVIDE THE NEEDED TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT AT NO COST TO THE WORKER.
