| Job Duties: | Responsible in coordinating all maintenance activities of the Hotel facilities. Insuring all mechanical and electrical machinery are maintained according to standards. Directs all required hotel building repairs. Schedules routine maintenance to insure there are no disruption within the hotel. Directs subordinate employees perform required maintenance. Responsible in insuring that the hotel meet health and safety standards. Prepares annual maintenance budget and reports to owners. Procures all required materials and supplies required for the maintenance of the hotel. Performs other related duties. |
