| Job Duties: | Market Development and consulting for Japanese clients which want to establish and acquire the corporation in Saipan. Accounting services for the Japanese corporators in Saipan including financial report BGRT, tax, and Form 1120. Directs and coordinates activities of operations, and confers & operates with management personnel in formulating administrative & operational policies and procedures with management personnel. Provides monthly report of company's operations and improve activities for the better that will maximize profits and minimize expenses. |
