Job Title: | MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKERS, GENERAL |
Job Duties: | Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Dismantle machines, equipment or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoist, cranes, hand tools, power tools. Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters or doing other preventive maintenance actions. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blue prints, repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary. Repair machines, equipment or structures using tools as hammers, hoist, saw, drills, wrenches or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical testing devices. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Perform other related duties from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | Should have the ability to diagnose machine or equipment malfunctions and identify defective parts that need to be replaced. Well verse in performing routine maintenance such as inspecting drives, motors, belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, regular change oil, break pad & battery check up. Knowledgeable in welding, machining and carpentry. Should possess a valid driver's license and work with minimum supervision. |

Comments: | This Job Opportunity for one (1) Maintenance and Repair workers general, is a temporary, full time position with start date of January 01, 2023 to September 30, 2023. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: The employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
