Job Title: Skin Care Specialists 39-5094.00
Job Duties: Sterilize equipment and clean work areas, Keep records client needs and preferences and the services provided. demonstrate how to clean and care for skin properly and recommended skin-care regimens. Examine clients skin, using magnifying lamps or visors when necessary, to evaluate skin condition and appearance. Select and apply cosmetic products such as cream, lotions, and tonics. Cleanse client's skin with water, creams, or lotions. Treat the facial skin to maintain and improve its appearance, using specialized techniques and products, such as peels and masks. Refer clients to medical personnel for treatment of serious skin problems. Determine which products or colors will improve clients skin quality and appearance. Perform simple extractions to remove blackheads,warts. Do other related duties as a skin care specialist.

Qualification Requirements: Two or more years experienced as a skin care specialist. Trained by certified dermatologist. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
