Job Duties: | • The Administrative Assist will assist the Office Manager by providing office support to ensure effective and efficient office operations. • Greet visitors in a professional manner. • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages • Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. • Maintain scheduling and event calendars • Attend meetings to record minutes • Receive payments and record receipts for services. • Process and prepares documents, such as business or government forms. • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, scanning and filing. • Provide clerical support to other departments • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, management database systems. • Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions. • Other duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred. • 1-2 Years work experience is preferred. • Excellent customer service skills, including phone skills. • Must be efficient, productive, works well with a team and alone, with minimal supervision. • General computer knowledge and skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. |
