| Job Duties: | Perform cleaning duties to maintain private households or commercial establishments in clean and orderly manner; Sweep, scrub, wax or polish floor, using broom, mop or powered scrubbing and waxing machine; Clean rooms, hallfways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met; Empty wastebasket, empty and clean ashtrays and transport other trash and waste to disposal area; Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners; wash windows, walls, ceilings and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary; Dust and polish furniture and equipment; Disinfect equipment and supplies using germicides; Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines and iron and fold dried items; Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses; hang draperies/curtains and dust window blinds; Remove debris from driveways, garages and swimming pool areas; Wash dishes and clean kitchen, cooking utensils and silverware. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is TEMPORARY, FULL TIME. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION and SUBSISTENCE to the work while travelling from employees origin to the place of employment, as well as provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
