| Job Duties: | Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials. Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities. Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications. Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes. Mix, pour, or spread concrete, using portable cement mixers. Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery, or equipment or to heat or move materials, such as asphalt. Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures. Provide assistance to craft workers, such as carpenters, plasterers, or masons. Lubricate, clean, or repair machinery, equipment, or tools. Position or dismantle forms for pouring concrete, using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts. Smooth or finish freshly poured cement or concrete, using floats, trowels, screeds, or powered cement finishing tools. Operate jackhammers or drills to break up concrete or pavement. Install sewer, water, or storm drain pipes, using pipe-laying machinery or laser guidance equipment. Operate or maintain air monitoring or other sampling devices in confined or hazardous environments. Mix ingredients to create compounds for covering or cleaning surfaces. Grind, scrape, sand, or polish surfaces, such as concrete, marble, terrazzo, or wood flooring, using abrasive tools or machines. Position, join, align, or seal structural components, such as concrete wall sections or pipes. Tend machines that pump concrete, grout, cement, sand, plaster, or stucco through spray guns for application to ceilings or walls. Apply caulking compounds by hand or caulking guns to protect against entry of water or air. Mop, brush, or spread paints, cleaning solutions, or other compounds over surfaces to clean them or to provide protection. Perform site activities required of green certified construction practices, such as implementing waste management procedures, identifying materials for reuse, or installing erosion or sedimentation control mechanisms. |

| Qualification Requirements: | AT LEAST 12 MONTHS WORK EXPERIENCE RELEVANT TO JOB DUTIES, MUST MEET PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO REPORM THEIR DUTIES SUCH AS LIFTING OBJECTS OF AT LEAST 25-50 LBS WITH OR WITHOUT ASSISTANCE OF HAND TRUCK OR ANOTHER PERSON; BENDING AND STANDING FOR DURATION OF SHIFT.ABILITY TO ARRANGE THINGS OR ACTIONS IN A CERTAIN ORDER OR PATTERN ACCORDING TO A SPECIFIC RULE OR SET OF RUES; MUST HAVE PHYSICAL STAMINA AND DEXTERITY. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKENDS OR NIGHT SHIFT IN NEEDED. THE EMPLOYER REQUIRES POST-OFFER PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING TEST AND RANDOM DRUG TESTING WHICH IS TO BE APPLIED EQUALLY TO BOTH U.S. WORKERS AND CW-1 WORKERS. | Comments: | EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position beginning January 01, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023. WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment of at least thirty-five (35) hours per week. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties.
