Job Duties: 1. Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of clerical and administrative support workers. 2. Examines documents to verify adherence to requirements. 3.Compile data or documentation. 4.Calculate financial data and analyze financial information. 5. Develop organizational policies or programs. 6. Explain regulations, policies or procedures. 7. Coordinate Operational activities. 8. Perform administrative and clerical tasks. 9. Maintain inventory records and monitor inventories of products and materials. 10. Prepare research or technical reports. 11. Record personnel information.

Qualification Requirements: 1. High school graduate or equivalent with at least 12 MONTHS of continued experience. 2. Proficient in QuickBooks/Peachtree Software, and MS office applications particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 3. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. 4. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. 5. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services. This knowledge includes marketing strategy and tactics product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
