Job Duties: | The Sales Manager position will supervise (2) Sales Supervisors, (7) Cashiers and (2) Stock Clerks. Directing and coordinating all sales activities of all stores. Facilitate constant supply of goods sold in the store, without allowing items to get out of stock. Determine pricing schedules and discount rates. Handle and resolve customer complaints on products and service. Inspect all items, check for quality and quantity upon delivery of the goods. Direct, plan, hire and train sales supervisors, cashiers and stock clerks. Create work schedules and ensure staffs adhere to their shifts. Observe market prices of goods and ensure prices are at a competitive rate. Perform worker’s performance report at the end of every month. Perform other related duties |

Knowledgeable in principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems; Experience in a leadership role in sales operations, sales strategy, finance, business development, or other related fields; Computer literate in any office suite software. |

Comments: | The employee that will be hired will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If the employee completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the employee is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the employee’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the employee originally departed to work, except where the employee will not return due to subsequent employment. The employer or where the employer has appropriately reported an employee’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
