Job Duties: | 1. Assist the Operations Manager in supervising the daily operations of the organization. 2. Develop a productive, profitable, and achievement-oriented working environment for employees. 3. Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion. 4. Supervise the operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer service. 5. Educate operations team on best practices, company policies, and service excellence standards. 6. Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staff. 7. Oversee operational cost, risk, and audit activities. 8. Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion, and termination activities. 9. Determine staffing requirements, work assignment,s and schedules for new projects. 10. Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment. 11. Maintain the facility clean, safe, and organized. 12. Evaluate inspection reports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices. 13. Coordinate with General Manager on different operational issues and promotional activities. 14. Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements. 15. Generate operational reports for management as needed. |

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will equal the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. |
