Job Duties: 1. To coordinate and oversee our organization's operations. 2. The specific duties of an Operation manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance. She/ he should be ready to mentor the team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service, and implement best practices across all levels. 3. Ultimately, well trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient, and profitable during the course of business. 4. Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. 5. Improving operational management systems processes and best practices. 6. Helping the organization's process remain legally compliant. 7. Duty includes also knowing how to Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations which include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.

Qualification Requirements: 1. At least 36 months of experience as a manager. 2. Knowledgeable in making proposals with accurate paper rates and other things needed. 3. Must have reliable transportation. 4. Must be able to work flexible days and flexible hours schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. 5. Must have understanding and knowledge of safety. 6. Must be willing to take a drug test upon hiring. 7. Final interview will include a skill test review in financial statements, sales, activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement, direct and coordinate activities of business or departments concerned with the sales. 8. knowledgeable in design, adobe illustration, and other file-related. 9. Direct administrative activities directly related to providing services. 10. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. 11. Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods on services within budgetary limits.
