Job Title: Shift Supervisor / Team Leader
Job Duties: Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements and oversee their progress. Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed. Participate in providing customer service by welcoming customers, answering their questions and pitching current promotions. Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities. Perform food preparation and serving duties, such as preparing food dishes, or serving drinks. Properly endorses the shift. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service. Prepares staff work schedules. May perform other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must have 12 months experience as shift supervisor / team leader or related experience. Must have high school diploma or its equivalent. Applicants must be able to work on flexible hours.

Required tools, supplies and Equipment to be provided: Workers will be provided without charge of deposit charge of all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
