Job Duties: CLEAN DISHES, KITCHEN, FOOD PREPARATION EQUIPMENT OR UTENSILS, WASH DISHES, GLASSWARE, FLATWARES, FOOD TRAYS, POTS OR PAN USING DISHWASHERS OR BY HAND. MAINTAIN KITCHEN WORK AREAS, EQUIPMENT OR UTENSILS IN CLEAN AND ORDERLY CONDITION. PLACE CLEAN DISHES, UTENSILS OR COOKING EQUIPMENT IN STORAGE AREA. SORT & REMOVE TRASH PLACING IT IN DESIGNATED PICK-UP AREAS. SWEEP OR SCRUBS FLOORS, CLEAN GARBAGE CANS WITH WATER OR STEAM. TRANSFER SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT BETWEEN STORAGE AND WORK AREAS BY HAND OR USING HAND TRUCKS. LOAD OR UNLOAD TRUCKS THAT DELIVER OR PICK UP FOOD FOR SUPPLIES.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: MUST BE HIGH SCHOOL/GED GRADUATE WITH 3 MONTHS WORK RELATED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE AS DISHWASHER. MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND AN EARLY MORNING SHIFT, FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS AND CAN LIFT AT LEAST 50 LBS.
