| Job Duties: | Managing daily cash flow; reporting daily sales (daily sales reports) and depositing cash sales Receipt and management of supplies and facility maintenance Food and Beverage sales and accounting Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Three-Fourths Guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. |
