| Job Title: | Maintenance Mechanic |
| Job Duties: | Perform routine maintenance of golf course equipment, such as inspecting drives, motors, belts, replacing filters, checking fluid level and other preventive maintenance. Inspect, operate or test equipment to diagnose the problem or malfunction. Repair machines or equipment using tools such as drills, wrenches, electronic testing device or welding machine. Dismantle machines, equipment or devices to access and remove defective parts of the equipment. Perform monthly preventive maintenance on golf carts, such as replacing oil filter, changing oil, checking and cleaning batteries and air filters. Prepare requisition form for the parts or supplies needed to repair the equipment. Estimate costs to repair the equipment. Align and balance the equipment after installation or replacement of new parts. Communicate with the Team Members on the preventive maintenance, equipment usage, proper cleaning and safe operation of equipment. Maintain the equipment maintenance area for cleanliness and safety. Perform other related duties assigned by the management team. |

| Comments: | The Job Opportunity is temporary full time position. THREE-FOURTHS GURANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place where the worker originally departed to work, except, where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
