Job Duties: | Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports. To assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting; Compute taxes owed, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements and procedural standards; Report to management regarding the finances of the company; Develop, maintain and analyze the budget; Preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs develop, implement, modify document recordkeeping and account system making use of current computer technology; Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping work activities; Timely production of internal financial reports, cash management, and treasury duties; Monthly management reporting and analysis; Prepares checks and another form of payment and ensures that funds are available to support disbursements; Verified if purchases of goods and services are authorized, valid, and properly documented; Records and Summarizes all financial transactions in a timely and consistent manner and reconciles subsidiary and general ledger balances; Performs other related duties that may be assigned. |

Comments: | The job opportunity is temporary, full time position commencing on February 01, 2023 to January 31, 2024. THREE-FOURTS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the work days of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the workers completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and the subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work contract where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay worker reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount if transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
