Job Duties: | Maintain a safe play environment, Engage/Participate in children's play activities with active supervision for infant & toddler, Communicate with children's parents or guardian about daily activities, behaviors and related issues. Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging, understanding of others and positive self-concept. Dress children and change diapers, Keep records of individual children including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medication administered through our daily health checks logs, care logs, lesson plans and medication administration form. Conduct development screening 30 to 45 days from the admission date to identify delays and recommend action based on the assessment. Instruct children in health and personal habits, such as eating, resting and toilet habits. Organize and store toys and materials to ensure order in activity areas. Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, washing and sanitizing. Demonstrate ethical behavior and confidentiality of information about students in daycare environment and community. Maintains a cooperative working relationship with children, parents, staff and public. |

Qualification Requirements: | Golden Harvest International School & Daycare is a Non-Profit and recipient of FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR CHILDCARE. This made the daycare under close and strict regulation of CNMI DCCA Licensing and Child Care Development Fund. All Caregivers US or Non-Immigrant should have 6 months experience of childcare worker. 30hours of compulsory annual training hours and technical assistance, training on health and safety, emergency preparedness. CPR Certification, health certification/food handler, police clearance and continues training and certifications that childcare providers are required to possess. |

Fringe Benefits: | This Job Opportunity for Four (4) Childcare Worker is a temporary, full time position with start date of April 15,2023 to April 14,2024. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
