Job Title: Office Service Representative
Job Duties: Coordinates with employees, vendors, and head office (in China) personnel in ensuring that the company complies with policies and regulations. Provide company business operation data collection for the head office (in China) to support business development. Prepare monthly business operation analysis report and submit to the managements and head office (in China).Examine documents to verify adherence to requirements, such as review all daily disbursement to ensure that all calculation and data for payment is in accordance with the accounting records. Communicate with related departments from the head office (in China) directly in order to carry out instructions or to receive administrative, financial and other related working documents efficiently and economically. Assist the department manager to do daily administrative works and file regular financial and other related documents and statements. Coordinate the administrative and financial aspects of the company's daily activities with management. Collect all employees working time information and prepare payroll payment documents. Assist in doing all related administrative works as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: At least a high school diploma. At least 12 months working experience on related field. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, coordination of people and resources, and so on. Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, designing forms as required by management and head office, and so on. Good computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel, and Power point. Proficient using of office software for spreading analytical reports and presentation. Fluently speaking and writing both of English and Chinese languages. Knowledge of communication both in English and Chinese with local personnel and headquarters personnel (in China). Understanding of data with privacy standard. Can work even on weekend or holiday.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
