Job Duties: | 1. Analyzes financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization. 2. Develops, maintains, preparing periodic reports. Prepares, examines, analyzes accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standard. 3. Reviews accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences; prepare adjusting journal entries; and establish table of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. 4. Prepare costing of various laboratory specimen tests to establish pricing. Assists Billing Section in collecting unpaid medical fees not covered from patients’ insurance policy. 5. Does payroll processing. Assists in monitoring inventory flow of medical supplies, laboratory supplies and medications. 6. Prepare and file tax returns, business licenses and other licenses as required in a timely manner. 7. Operates Quickbooks Pro 2018 and AdvancedMD Medical Software as the two computer environment software used in the clinic to carry out those duties and responsibilities mentioned above. 8. Performs other related duties assigned from time to time. |

A considerable amount of work-related skills, knowledge, or experience and worked at least a minimum of two (2) years in accounting to be qualified. |

Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
