| Job Duties: | Repairs and maintains physical structures of commercial and industrial establishments such as office building, apartment, houses using hand and power tools. Replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures. Paints structures and repair woodwork with carpenters' tools. Repairs plumbing fixtures. Repairs, plaster and lays brick Perform landscaping and other related miscellaneous works. Repairs or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools and reassemble equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines and equipment continue to run smoothly, building system operate efficiently, or the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate. Inspect motors, and belts, check fluid levels and other parts of machinery, replace filters, or perform other maintenance action following the checklist. Use tools ranging from common, hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills and wrenches. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blue prints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary. Other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is temporary, full time position commencing on March 01, 2023 to February 29, 2024. THREE-FOURTS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the work days of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the workers completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and the subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work contract where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay worker reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount if transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
