| Job Duties: | Performed related work to operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mower, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws. Move or edge lawns, using power mowers, edger or bush cutters. Rake leaves and debris from walks, driveways, or parking lots. Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws. Gather and remove litter and maintain or repair tools, equipment, or structures, such as buildings, greenhouses, fences, or benches, using hand or power tools. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders. Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, or other grounds features. Perform other task or special projects assigned by Supervisor/Director or Management. |

Operation & Control- Controlling operations of equipment or system. Physically capable to lift 50 lbs. and able to work outdoors exposed to extreme weather conditions. Must have a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles. Be able and willing to work flexible shifts, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. |
