Job Duties: | Process, verify & maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluators, classifications & employee leave of absence. Record data for each employee, including such information as address, weekly earning, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance & dates of reason for termination. Explain company personnel policies, benefits & procedures to employees or job applicants. Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs & workers compensation plans. Answer questions regarding examination, eligibility, salaries, benefits and other pertinent information |

Comments: | Anticipated schedule of work hours 8am-3pm Monday to Friday. Workers are offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with first workday of employment up to the expiration of the contract. Workers will be provided with transportation and subsistence while traveling from worker's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation & subsistence to the point of hire at the conclusion of job opportunity.
