Job Title: Accountant
Job Duties: Responsible for the management and reporting of financial data of the company. Duties include preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing a company’s accounts and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures. Specific duties include but not limited to the following: 1. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports. 2. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions. 3. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. 4. Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants. 5. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. 6. Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. 7. Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control. 8. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients. 9. Resolve accounting discrepancies. 10. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems. 11. Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems. 12. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits. 13. Prepare the financial statement of a business, they also determine if the company is making profit or not. 14. Other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: 48 months of experience. Graduate of accounting. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Excel & Word. Familiar with Peachtree or QuickBooks accounting Softwares.

Comments: The place of employment will be at Hawaiian Rock Products Obyan, Saipan. Applicantswill be reasonably expected to reside within the area of the place of employment toperform the services or labor as advertised. Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5 xthe rate indicated on the JVA. The employer will make all deductions from the worker’spaycheck as required by law, as well as other deductions for selected employeebenefits, including health and 401 (K) subject to company conditions. The employerguarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a totalnumber of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total periodof employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after thearrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual firstdate of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the workcontract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or isterminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of thework contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will providetransportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’sorigin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistenceat the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Dailytransportation to and from the place(s) of employment will be provided by the employerif applicable. The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge, all tools,supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20CFR 655.423(k) Board, lodging, or other facilities the employer will offer to works ortends to assist workers in securing if applicable On the job training will be provided tothe worker if applicable.
