| Job Duties: | -Manages and oversees daily store operation and representations, as well as briefing Supervisors and Sales Associates their daily task. -Monitors sales flow on a daily, monthly and yearly basis to see store performance, as well as merchandise turnovers and movements as per sales analysis reports. -Establishes sales targets based on sales forecast and feasibility through financial records. -Directly in contact with different top vendors in the business and TAF Franchise in bringing in quality and branded merchandise. -Conceptualize store arrangements, fixtures and products by the latest trends and fashion in coordination with TAF Franchising. Including scheduled zoom meetings with TAF Franchising team on strategies, issues, allocations, recommendations and all others. -In charge in placing orders through processing Purchase orders of merchandise for different vendors: volume is based on supply and demand, also financial reports. -Setting up prices of merchandise based on cost and manages stock control. -Recruitment: interviews, select, orient, and train potential supervisors, sales associate, warehouseman who will be committed to the company and individual success. -Educate sales team the company's objective and goals in the market and together collaborate on innovative ways to excel in the business. -Monitor and evaluates employee's performance with appraising, counselling and disciplining if needed. |
