Job Duties: | PROCESS ALL CHECK-INS, CHECK-OUTS AND PAYMENT TYPES INCLUDING RESOLVING ANY CHARGES. -PREPARE DAILY REPORTS, IDENTIFY ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS, REVIEW AND VERIFY REPORTS FOR ACCURACY. -REVIEW SHIFT LOGS/DAILY MEMO BOOKS AND DOCUMENT PERTINENT INFORMATION INTO LOGBOOKS. -COUNT AND VERIFY BANK AT THE BEGINNING AND END OF SHIFT, TO ENSURE ACCURACY. -BALANCE AND DROP RECEIPTS ACCORDING TO ACCOUNTING DEPT. SPECIFICATIONS. -OVERSEE ACCESS TO SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES. -HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF PRINCIPLES AND PROCESSES FOR PROVIDING GUESTS WITH PERSONAL SERVICES, IN ADDITION TO LARGE GROUPS. -RESPOND TO GUEST REQUESTS FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS OR SERVICES BY MAKING ARRANGEMENTS OR IDENTIFYING APPROPRIATE PROVIDERS. -GATHER, SUMMARIZE, AND PROVIDE INFORMATION TO GUESTS ABOUT THE PROPERTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AMENITIES, INCLUDING SPECIAL EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES. -ORGANIZE SPECIAL FUNCTIONS SUCH AS VIP COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS. -ARRANGE FOR SECRETARIAL SERVICES, IF NEEDED. -WORKS CLOSELY WITH THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT IN KEEPING ROOM STATUS REPORTS UP TO DATE. -COORDINATE REQUESTS FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORK. -WHENEVER NECESSARY, ASSIST IN VERIFYING ROOM CONDITION BEFORE CHECK IN TIME. -PRESENT OPTIONS AND ALTERNATIVES TO GUESTS AND OFFER ASSISTANCE IN MAKING CHOICES. -ASSIST GUESTS WITH BAGGAGE AND LEAD THEM TO THEIR ROOMS, IF NEEDED. -ASSIST WITH GUEST ARRIVALS SUCH AS PICK-UP REQUESTS TO AND FROM AIRPORT. -OPERATE TELEPHONE SWITCHBOARD STATION. -STANDBY AT ARRIVAL TERMINAL FOR FLIGHT ARRIVALS, IF NECESSARY. -DOCUMENT ALL TRIPS PRIOR TO THE START OF AND AT THE CONCLUSION OF EACH TRIP. -INSPECT PROPERTY VEHICLES FOR DAMAGE AND CLEANLINESS. -OVERSEE FRONT OFFICE SHIFTS WHENEVER NECESSARY. -ABLE TO OPERATE OPERA SYSTEM AND MICROS MATERIAL CONTROL OF FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT. -ANSWERS INCOMING CALLS USING APPROPRIATE ETIQUETTE. -PERFORM OTHER RELATED TASK AS ASSIGNED AND DETERMINED BY THE DEPARTMENT HEAD. |

Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing June 15, 2023 to June 14, 2023.THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: required by 20 CFR655.423(j)(l); If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h).
