| Job Duties: | Provide support and assist dentist in performing different dental procedures; prepare patients and operatory room, set up instrument trays sterilize or disinfect instruments; take radiographs on adults and children; use dental software to record patient information and input treatment plans; instruct patients in oral hygiene and plaque control programs; performs prophylaxis and places sealants for children; fabricate temporary restorations; make preliminary impressions for study casts and occlusal registrations for mounting study casts; place retraction cords and take final impression for crown and bridge; provide post-operative instructions; order and monitor dental supplies and equipment inventory. |
